Originally from Philadelphia, Lauren Hoover is an award-winning LA-based writer, director, and producer, specializing in narrative, commercial, and music video work.
Following the success of her Oscar-Qualifying short film debut, which garnered acceptance into over thirty prestigious festivals worldwide and clinched numerous awards, Lauren has collaborated with networks like Nickelodeon and companies such as GetAround, Segway, Chinese Laundry Shoes, Vanessa Mooney Jewelry, and more. She’s also had the privilege of working with talent such as Arturo Castro (The Menu, Tron, Roadhouse), Brandon Sklenar (1923, Westworld, The Offer), and Patrick Renna (The Sandlot).
Currently, Lauren is working on a debut feature film and TV pilot, while simultaneously overseeing post-production on several narrative and commercial projects.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Lauren loves immersing herself in bodies of water and binge eating as a competitive hobby.
